¹⁶ from whom ^(A)the whole body, being joined and held together ^[a]by what every joint supplies, according to the properly ^(B)measured working of each individual part, causes the growth of the body for the building up of itself ^(C)in love.

Put On the New Man

^17 (D)Therefore this I say, and testify in the Lord, ^(E)that you walk no longer just as the Gentiles also walk, in the ^(F)futility of their mind, ¹⁸ being ^(G)darkened in their mind, ^(H)alienated from the life of God because of the ^(I)ignorance that is in them, because of the ^(J)hardness of their heart.
